Bert Proscino, owner since 1989, attended the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, majoring in printmaking. Both she and Wanda are well qualified in all types of art and framing design, as well as proper conservation elements.

Wanda Kevis attended the Moore College of Art and has given private art lessons over the years.  She has developed her own mixed media style and is well respected by local collectors.
